June 13, 2022, New York, NY: WeWork Inc. (NYSE: WE) (or the "Company") today announced Kevin Berry has been named Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. Mr. Berry brings three decades of industry experience in both the private and public sectors of real estate. Berry will succeed Chandler Salisbury, who will depart WeWork to lead finance at a private company.

In his role, Berry will report to WeWork’s Chief Financial Officer, Andre Fernandez, and be responsible for maintaining relationships with investors and analysts and assisting the investment community in understanding the Company’s business model and financial performance.

Prior to joining WeWork, Berry served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management & Operations at Raider Hill, overseeing the firm’s institutional advisory and strategic consulting activities, market research function, and oversight of various financial reporting responsibilities on behalf of clients. Berry has also held various executive leadership positions at General Growth Properties (GGP) and its successor Brookfield Properties Retail, including leading investor relations, corporate communications, and human resources. Before joining GGP in 2011, Berry was Vice President at Equity International responsible for capital raising, portfolio management and investor relations.

Berry received a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Berry is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of ICSC, The Urban Land Institute (ULI), The National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
